Gina Tomasi Smith is a certified yoga instructor who has been teaching yoga for over a decade. With degrees in psychology and dietetics, as well as ultrasound diagnostics, Gina teaches a practical yoga practice with a perspective on healthy living, in both body and mind.
If you are looking to increase your flexibility, build core strength, and calm your mind, we invite you to try a class. All skill levels are truly welcome, and there is no competition other than with yourself. Participants are always urged to focus on their own practice, and to respect and work from their own personal abilities and limitations.
Classes are held at Sidekicks on Saturday mornings beginning at 8:30 a.m. and ending, after a relaxation period, at approximately 10:15 a.m. Each class is $15. Attendees should come in comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat if they have one, as the number available for temporary use is limited. Mats and other yoga accessories can be ordered through Down Dog Yoga.
